One. Feeding unit (one unit,thickness of wallboard 50mm)

 

 

1、Machine clutch

1) Machine clutch is control by electric with bell, moving continuously ringing warning, ensure operator safety.

2) The transmission shaft is with separated lock shaft device (when the machine is not locked, the host can’t start running)

3) Pneumatic interlocking device.

4) Main engine starting protection device.

 

 

2、Lead edge feeder system

 

1) Lead edge feeding paper mechanism can greatly reduce clogging phenomenon in the process of feeding cardboard paper.

2) With 7.5kw draught fan, frequency conversion motor driving.

3) Suction fan auxiliary paper feeding, to ensure bend paperboard feeding smoothly, the air volume can be adjusted for various sections according to the size of paperboard, ensure the maximize of the cardboard vacuum adsorption capacity, to make more accurate feeding paper.

4) The front baffle plate adjust the gap by manual, rear baffle box adjust by electronic, left/right side baffle of feeding paper adjust the gap by electronic.

5) With pneumatic aligning function for left side baffle.

6) The paper feeding wheel is made of polyurethane material, high friction, long durability， with 4 raw wheels.

7) Suitable for three, five (seven) layer corrugated board, including E type corrugated board. The height of side baffle can be adjusted by hand wheel.

8）With 7 inch touch screen, it can set and display production quantity.

9) With skip feeding paper function (When you need feeding big paperboard, you can use “Skip feeding paper”) 

 

3、Dust collector

1) High quality brush, can remove impurities on the surface of the printed board, to improve the printing quality.
2) Suction fan auxiliary removing impuriries system.

 

4、Feeding paper roller

 

1) The external diameter is 156mm

2) The upper roller adopt seamless steel pipe, wrapped with wearable rubber, and balance correction.

3) The surface of under roller is embossing and chrome.

4) Double raws feeding rollers, front feeding roller is rubber roller with elestic, to avoid destroying the strength of the paperboard.

5) The Interval of feeding roller is Dail manual adjustment, adjustment range 0-11mm.

 

5、Man-machine interface

1) Man-machine interface, full PLC and screen precision control the machine

2) Main motor is frequency conversion motor, save energy.

3) Draugh fan motor is separated frequency conversion motor, air volume can be adjusted.

4) Control panel is concise and concentrated, easy operation.

5) Feeding unit, printing unit, die cutting unit are equipped with automatic zero device (It can pre-set the printing position; save the adjusted time and avoid cardboard waste when testing. 

 

Two. Printing unit

(One) Printing unit with doctor bladder, Thickness of wallboard 50mm)

 

 

1、Printing roller

1) The external diameter is 465.6mm (With printing plate 480mm)

2) High quality steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating, balance correction, smooth operation. 
3) Ratchet fixed volume edition axis, full plate groove, suitable for 3 * 9mm hanging plate 
4) Loading and unloading printing board, foot switch electric control forward and reverse.
5) The gap of printing rollers is dail manual adjustment, adjust range 0-11mm

 

2、Pressure roller

1) The external diameter is 175mm.

2) Steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating, balance correction, smooth operation.

3) The gap of printing roller and press roller is dial manual adjustment; adjust range 0-11mm

4) The gap of upper/under feeding paper is dial manual adjustment; adjust range 0-11mm 

 

3、Ceramic anilox roller (mesh of anilox roller as customer requirement, Diameter 213mm)

High quality ceramic anilox roller from Changzhou Wujin HAILI brand, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistence, long service life. The net number is set as customer requirement.

1) Adopt super stainless steel alloy bonding coating to ensure that the ceramic layer and base roller combinated firmly. It can effectively prevent the corrosive of ink into base roller.

2) The Laser engraving Caremic anilox roller ensure the porosity, thickness and uniformity of the ceramic layer.

3) Multi beam high precision laser engraving, mesh rule, mesh wall smooth, mesh bottom flat, large quantity of ink transfer, releasing ink fast, easy cleaning.

4) Automatic pneumatic lifting roller, to prevent repeated inking on printing plate and ink drying in mesh of anilox roller when stopping machine in short time.

 

4、Self-Seal doctor bladder

 

1）Adopt China first famous brand Guangzhou Lijian doctor bladder system.

2）Easy to operate: as long as the solenoid valve to control the switch, change the airbag inflatable or exhaust status, you can realize the scraper on and off

3）Light structure: support frame and cutter cavity using aluminum, the surface after special treatment

4）Scraping effect is good: air bag to ensure that the blade cavity even in the case of micro deformation, but also always with the ceramic roller fit, to prevent leakage of ink

5）Protect Ceramic roller: air bag type scraper cavity relatively can prolong the service life of the ceramic roller, the airbag has certain concessions, pressure on the ceramic roller is not too large, coupled with plastic blade, can wear speed good delay ceramic, open structure is not easy to scratch ceramic roller

6）Long service life: the knife cavity surface is coated with high quality corrosion resistance layer, which enhances the corrosion resistance of the blade cavity to the acid-base solution

5. Ink cycle

1) adopt the ink system of the diaphragm pump, adjust conveniently, and have the function of lacking ink alarm, so as to reduce the waste caused by the lack of ink.

3、Steel anilox roller (The mesh of anilox roller adopt 180-250 mesh, according customer requirement) 

1) Adopt Jiangsu Haili anilox roller, external diameter 213mm.

2) The surface of the steel pipe is made of advanced hard chromium plating process.

3) Branch Dot consistent, uniform ink, extend the service life of the plate and rubber roller.

4) The gap of anilox roller and printing plate roller is dial manual adjustment.

 

4、Rubber roller

1) Adopt Jizhou rubber roller, the external diameter is 200mm

2) The surface of steel pipe is wrapped with wearable rubber.

3) The rubber roller is medium to high grinding, ink transfer effect is good.

 

5、Upper/ under feeding roller

1) Upper roller: external diameter 86mm, seamless steel pipe, with 4 feeding paper wheels, external diameter is 136mm

2) Under roller: external diameter 136mm, seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating

3) The gap between papers feeding roller is dial manual adjustment, adjust range 0-11mm

 

6、Phase adjusting mechanism

1) Planetary gear structure

7、Inking circulation

8、Printing plate roller fixed device

1) Pneumatic brake mechanism.

2) When the machine separates or adjusts the phase, the brake mechanism limits the rotation of the machine to keep the original gear position fixed point.

1、Creasing wheel

1）Adopt seamless steel pipe diameter 86 mm, after twice grinding, surface hard chromium plating, movement stably.

Creasing wheels diameter 156mm, the gap is dial manual adjustment, adjust range 0-11mm

 

2、Slotting mechanism

1）Adopt seamless steel pipe, after twice grinding, surface hard chromium, movement stably.

2）The width of slotting knives 7.0mm

3）Alloy steel material after heat treatment grinding gear slotting knife, excellent hardness and toughness.

4）The height of carton adopt manual adjustment

5) The phase of slotting unit adopt PLC and screen electric adjustment, it can be adjusted while running or stopping.

6）The slotting knives disc and creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt Button adjustment.

7）The interval adjustment of Creasing and knives roller adopt self-lock structure.

 

Four. Stacker (One unit) 

 

1、Paperboard collection arm

1）Operation by manual or automatic.

2) For belt of paperboard collection arm, the tightness is saperated adjustment

3) The speed of stacking paper is adjusted in a cetain range.

 

2、The bed platform lift

1) Strong chain drives

2) The stacking height is 1600mm

3) The drive motor of bed platform lifting is with brake function, it can make the bed flatform staying in fixed position and not fall.

 

3、Paper collection board

1）The paperboard collection board is with pneumatic action, when the cardboard is piled up to the predetermined height, the paper tray autoamtically sticks out and holds the cardboard. 

2) The backboard position is adjusted manually.

3）The surface with wrinkle belt, to prevent the cardboard slidie.

 

Five. Driving Gear

Main drive gear

1) High quality steel is made of quenched and tempered, high frequency quenching and grinding. It has long service life and little wear. It can guarantee the accuracy of printing process for a long time.

All transmission shafts and gears are joined by the non-bonding coupling, ensure the connection of shaft and gear without clearance, high coaxial and no looseness, small error of printing registration and so on.

Installation and Training Charge

If the buyer need our factory to sent engineer go to install, the buyer will cover all expense of engineers visiting including visa application, round-trip tickets, local transportation, meals and hotel expenses. The buyer will pay engineer wage US$120 per day per person. It is better if the buyer need ask for one interpreter for our engineer.
